My favorite place to visit:  Japan. Simply nowhere else like it in the world.
My favorite place(s) to live: London and New York.
My favorite authors: Ugh, I hate this question. But it would be a three-way tie between J.R.R. Tolkien, Haruki Murakami, and Kurt Vonnegut.
My favorite foods: I hate this question even more. Pass.

Born in Karachi, Pakistan, I’ve had the incredible fortune to travel the world at a young age, learn four languages, and meet people from literally all walks of life. My experience fuels and guides my writing, both in fiction and in the travel space where I’ve published five travel books, edited three more, and written countless articles.
